How can I update my mailing address details with Subscrb? To update your address, please send an email to [email protected]. Include both your old and new address details, your name, and account number.

When will I receive my first magazine after subscribing to Subscrb? After publisher processing, you can expect delivery of your first magazine within 4-8 weeks. Subsequent weekly/monthly/issue editions will arrive just before or just after each new issue commences.

Can I order back issues of magazines through Subscrb? Unfortunately, Subscrb does not supply back issues of magazines at this time.

How can I find out when my current magazine subscription will expire? The expiry date (MM/YYYY) for your subscription is printed on the label of each issue, located on the top corner section above the name/address with the format “Expiry: 03/2014” (for example, March 2014 issue).

How can I cancel my subscription to Subscrb’s Malaysia magazine offerings? To cancel your subscription, send an email to [email protected]. Indicate if you would like to cancel when your subscription ends or if you would like to cancel immediately.

I haven’t received my current magazine issue. How can I get a replacement? Simply email our customer service team with your account number and address, and they will assist you with a replacement.

I am receiving duplicate issues of the magazine. How can I correct this situation? This may be due to two accounts in your name or two accounts for your household. Subscrb can combine the two accounts into one and extend your magazine subscription accordingly. To request this, send an email to [email protected] and include your two account numbers (if known). Please note, labels are printed in advance, so you may receive duplicate issues for the next month or two. We recommend sharing the extra copy with a friend or relative who might enjoy it!
