Cancellation of Subscription
1.1. You may cancel your magazine subscription at any time by logging into your account on Subscrb.com and following the cancellation process.
1.2. Once you have successfully cancelled your subscription, you will no longer be charged for any future billing cycles. However, you will continue to have access to the subscribed magazine(s) until the end of the current billing period.
2.1. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are considered final, and we do not generally provide refunds for completed transactions.
2.2. However, in exceptional cases, such as accidental duplicate subscriptions or errors in our system, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2.3. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of the transaction by emailing [email protected]. Please include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and a detailed description of the issue.
2.4. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method (SenangPay or Stripe) used for the transaction. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.
